You will find in our cellar a wide range of wines from a light
white to a heavy bodied red, all following the same method of
winemaking.

Besides the traditional
Pinot Noir and Gamay, we make Merlot, Syrah and
Mondeuse. The Réserve des Moines matured in oak completes our range
of red wines.
As far as the white wines are concerned we make Chasselas, our
national speciality,
Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and for the sweet wine lovers the Perle de
l'Abbaye.
And finally, for nice and warm summer evenings, the Rosé.
