Wheat and maize are the most important crops cultivated on the farm.
The milking cows herd has been replaced by a bulls herd for cattle
fattening.
Our vineyard is all terraced because of its very steep slope. After a
several years break and infrastructures renovations we resumed wine
making in the estate’s cellar.

The Abbaye de Salaz is now managed by both Huber and Kropf
families. The excellent running of the estate is the result members of the family members’work. Vintage is the only
period that requires extra manpower- friends and relatives most of the
time.
